I wanted to create a fuller and more curvy sim, but needed an appropriate overlay to get the softer belly more correct. In the end, I made this overlay which adds a bit of softness and heaviness to the middle, which I think works well. I also added further details for the back and bum as well.

The overlay has 9 colour shades, and I recommend using the Colour Slider mod to be able to perfectly match with your desired skin. 4 EA/default swatches are also included for a more Maxis Match look. Find it in the skin details are of CAS for freckles/dimple/mole.
